Too many management companies fail to communicate regularly with their owners; fail to maintain the integrity of their properties; and fail to disburse owner funds on-time with easy-to-understand financial reporting.  With over ten years of real estate sales experience and clientele, we needed a place where we could confidently send our rental owners.  When we couldn't find one, we built it! 

I enjoy their professionalism, dedication, thoroughness, and knowledge of their craft, all of which makes it easy for both us and our tenants to enjoy our roles in this relationship. They are great at keeping us informed when we need to be informed, and in the matters that don’t rise to us needing to be involved, we have full faith and confidence that they will act and respond to the needs of our tenants timely and appropriately. They do a great job ensuring our rental is well taken care, while also ensuring that our tenants are content. I feel extremely comfortable with them managing our rental and would easily recommend them to others.

They are fantastic! Every issue is dealt with swiftly, with clear explanations and documentation. The Property Stewards do a great job at not only managing the property, but maintaining tenant relations. At first, I wasn't sure about hiring a property management company at all. I thought I could deal with whatever came up. Now that I'm nearly a year into it, I can't imagine not having The Property Stewards to help with all the little (and sometimes big) issues that arise with a a rental.
